1. Prices and Discounts

The prices are based on a stay of a minimum of 3 nights per apartment and night.

The price includes: the BrixenCard, internet (W-LAN), sheets and towels, fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, electricity and heat, and final cleaning.

2. Discounts for children

Children up to the age of 3 stay for free. A crib is available upon request for free.

3. Pets

Out of consideration for our guests, pets are not allowed.

4. Additional charges and terms of payment

Deposit: We happily accept written reservations via e-mail. The reservations are valid as soon as the deposit of 200 Euros per week has been settled.

Please include your name at the top of money transfers.

Addition cost for breakfast: Breakfast is available for 12 Euros per person. (Does not apply to children up to 3 years of age)

Starting on the 1^st of January 2014, a mandatory tourist tax of 1 Euro per person for all people 14 years and older per night will be added.

Payment: We prefer cash payment upon check-in, but also accept checks, money transfers, and credit cards.

5. Arrival and departure

Arrival: We welcome you any time after 2:00pm (14:00). You are welcome to check-in earlier if your apartment is available and ready. We would appreciate a message with your approximate arrival time.

Departure: On your departure day, checkout time is 10:00am. We gladly will consider a later check-out time if necessary.

6. Cancellation

You are surely looking forward to your vacation, but up to your departure and during your vacation much can happen.

Your deposit serves as a guarantee that your booked apartment will be kept free and available for you upon arrival and cannot be refunded.

you can cancel your reservation up until 2 months before your arrival
after 2 months and up until 3 weeks before your arrival, we charge 50% of the days from your travel price.
If you cancel within the last 3 weeks before your arrival, the cancellation fee comes to 100% of your booking price

7. Exlusion of liability

We strive to provide accurate and complete information on this website. However, we assume no liability or guarantee for the topicality, correctness and completeness of the information provided. We reserve the right to make changes without notice or to amend the information. Only the specific service offer or the booking confirmation is binding.
