Radlsee (Radl lake)

Tour description:
The Radl lake is located above the Brixen bowl in a hollow below the Königsanger peak (prehistoric pottery sherds were discovered here), a popular peak, that you can climb from the lake.  From Brixen drive through the village of Tils am Pfeffersberg to Perlungerhof (1380 m). Begin hiking on trail 8 and after 2.5 hours of hiking through coniferous forests you will arrive at the Radlsee at 2255 meters of elevation.  In the Summer, the Radlsee hut by the lake is open for business.
